Our story
Meet Rick and the Empire Mechanic Team
At Empire Mechanic, we believe a repair should start with an honest answer, not a guess. Customers come to us because we explain exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and what it will take to fix it: no surprises, no upsells.
We've saved customers from unnecessary repairs recommended elsewhere, including one driver who was told she needed a full engine rebuild when the real fix took only a few hours. That's the kind of straight talk you can expect every time you bring your car to us.
Whether it's routine maintenance or a more involved mechanical repair, we keep you updated at every step and get your car back to you fast.
- Upfront, honest pricing
- Clear communication throughout every repair
- Repairs often finished in hours, not days
- Trusted by repeat customers for years
What customers say
“One of the better experiences I have had with a mechanic. Rick explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car and kept great communication with me all throughout the process. Very fast service! I'll definitely be using his services again.”
“There is honestly no one else I would trust with my vehicles. I've been coming to Rick at Empire Mechanic for years. Rick has done everything to my 2010 Jetta from regular maintenance to some pretty extensive mechanical repairs. He's always been on point with the repairs and at a reasonable price! If you want affordable quality, efficient, and accurate repairs or maintenance go see Rick!”
“Very honest place!! Rick was able to fix my Honda Accord Sport within the matter of a few hours and was able to save me a lot of money when another mechanic lied and said I needed to rebuild my engine completely. Highly recommend!”
